Your data & takedowns
Lawful basis. We publish this review on the basis of legitimate interest: helping prospective tenants in London make informed decisions about who they rent from. You are sharing your own experience and opinion. This note is stored with your review.
Retention. Each review is publicly visible for 12 months from the date it was submitted, mirroring the retention period used by the Mayor of London's Rogue Landlord and Agent Checker. After 12 months it is automatically archived: removed from public view but kept in our backend for audit and dispute handling. A reviewer can renew the window by re-attesting that their review is still accurate.
Named individuals. Where a listing names an individual rather than a company, we treat the data as more sensitive: reviews face a higher evidence and verification bar, and the named individual has a dedicated erasure and rectification route that is separate from ordinary content disputes.
